Just had to share - I made a YUMMY pumpkin smoothie this afternoon...totally perfect for fall! And better for you than pumpkin pie! Loaded with fiber, vitamin A, and calcium, and under 15 gms of sugar. (Having to find low-sugar, sweet-tooth satisfying snacks these days!)
1 C. lowfat, no-sugar-added vanilla yogurt (I used Dannon Light N Fit)
1/2 C. canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 C. milk or 1/2 & 1/2
Ice
Blend until smooth and enjoy!!

Jen, don't know if you like pudding, but if you get the little cups (no sugar) with no sugar whipped cream it ALMOST tastes like you are eating something yummy!!! :)
