Pretty things

These are the fabrics I got with the gift card my mom gave me for Fabric Depot.

All three of these are Heather Bailey. I am LOVING the green and red!! So pretty!! It would be great for some non-traditional Christmas-y stuff!!

I haven't got a clue what I'm going to do with this - but it's just so stinkin' cute, and I don't have many kid fabrics, so I just had to have it!

Ginger Blossom in flannel!!! Yay!! I'm totally making myself some pj pants out of that bottom fabric. It makes me happy!

This pair is Makayla's. Love the owls! The flannel and fleece are so soft.

These are Mackenzie's. They're also lined with fleece, but the outside is regular woven cotton - from Amy Butler's Midwest Modern line.

The cards I made last weekend. Loving the Prima flowers and the Marta Stewart felt snowflakes!!

Remember the awesome Cricut cartridge I mentioned - Wild Card? These are some of the adorable things it does.

I am so excited...my hubby decided this afternoon that we can go Las Vegas in 2 weeks for my niece's wedding! I've never been to Vegas, so this will be exciting. Looking forward to it!

I'm fairly new to your blog, so you may have previously posted about it, but how did you make those adorable soft baby shoes?!?

Your cards look great! My friend has a Cricut, which I *heart*. There are so many cool things you can do with it!

You will love Vegas, too! There are soo many things to see there-beautiful hotels and such! Too bad your niece isn't getting married in Jan. (Tim's old boss is getting married there and we will be going - Jan. 17th, I think)

@ The Iricks - I used a tutorial to make the baby shoes. This is the second time I've made them; the first time, I used a different tutorial, and I preferred the second tutorial. You can find it at http://stardustshoes.blogspot.com/2006/10/cloth-shoe-pattern.html. the pattern there is for 0-6 months, but you can enlarge it on a copier as needed. good luck!! :)

I am loving that Cricut cartridge and I think I need it for Christmas! I want to start making cards. Maybe that will be my next craft night project!
